North America premium cabin dining

North America, Caribbean and Latin America

Inflight dining is an important part of your overall travel experience, and we are pleased to offer flavorful dining options in partnership with The Trotter Project. United’s team of chefs alongside alumni chefs of Charlie Trotter’s legendary Chicago restaurant and their culinary peers have carefully selected restaurant-quality meals for our premium cabin customers on mainline United and United Express® flights.
