Peru book of claims

Pursuant to Peru’s consumer protection code (Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, Decreto Supremo 011-2011-PCM, artículo 150º, Ley 29571), makes available to its customers a Book of Claims form.

Using this form, you can submit your complaint or claim relating to purchases or travel with United Airlines. You will be contacted as soon as possible at the mailing address or email address that you’ve provided in the form.

According to the terms stated in the ruling:

  • Keep in mind that we will only consider the description of the concern provided in the relevant field.
  • In the event that the claim submitted is not true, United Airlines reserves the right to pursue legal action.
