May I visit Star Alliance® lounges with my United Club℠ membership?
United Club members may access participating Star Alliance member airline lounges with up to one guest when departing on a same-day flight on a Star Alliance carrier. Members are required to present their valid United Club card.
I lost my United Club membership card. How can I replace it?
Replacements of lost or stolen membership cards may be requested in person at a United Club location or by calling 1-866-822-5827 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, daily. There is a $50 service charge for issuing a replacement card that must be paid by credit card (American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®).
