With a United Club℠ membership, you’ll have access to more than 45 United Club locations worldwide, giving you a comfortable space to enjoy complimentary snacks, beverages and Wi-Fi while you wait for your flight.

You’ll also be able to visit select other partner lounges around the world, providing even more opportunities to relax between flights, wherever your travels take you. At partner lounges, including participating Star Alliance™-affiliated lounges, United Club members must present a valid physical membership card and any other required documentation.

  • United Club membership can be purchased online at united.com, by calling the United Club Service Center at 1-866-UA-CLUBS, or by visiting any United Club location.

  • All United Club memberships become active immediately after purchase. How you enter a United Club location depends on the type of club you’re trying to access and your Premier® status level.
    • Anyone with a membership can enter a United Club location by scanning a same-day boarding pass.
    • General MileagePlus® members and Premier Silver members can enter a Star Alliance™ lounge by scanning a membership card. Your membership card will be mailed to you within 8 weeks of signing up. If you try to enter a Star Alliance lounge before you receive your card, simply give the agent your MileagePlus number.
    • Premier Gold or above members can enter a Star Alliance lounge by scanning a same-day boarding pass, just like you would at a United Club location.

  • All United Club membership purchases are final. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • You can return anytime to the My Account page on united.com to manage your United Club membership. It’s easy to make updates at your convenience. You can modify/upgrade, renew, or set up your membership to auto-renew.

  • Upgrading your membership will extend its duration for another year with the new level of benefits that you select. Any residual value of your existing membership will be applied to the membership upgrade automatically.

  • Yes, schedule your membership renewal in advance so that your membership renews automatically in advance with an existing payment method. You’ll continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to your United Club membership.

    From your My Account page, you can modify the form of payment used for auto-renew or toggle your auto-renew setting on or off.

  • Renew your memberships from your My Account page, you will have the option to select from the benefit options and to determine the price of your membership.

  • Yes, we will send you a reminder email prior to your membership’s expiration date with more details and information on current pricing. Renewal prices are subject to change.

  • Visit united.com to purchase a United Club membership for your favorite travelers and help to make all their journeys more comfortable and convenient.

  • If you received a membership as a gift, apply the membership to your MileagePlus account.

  • You will have the option to deposit a value to United® TravelBank as an electronic fund which can be applied toward any United or United Express flights or subscriptions on united.com.
