Canada’s Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities (ATPDR)

For travelers from/to Canada only, United offers the ability to retain information related to a requested service under Canada’s Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR). To authorize United to retain an electronic copy of this information as permitted by ATPDR, please sign up for United’s MileagePlus loyalty program.

Customers traveling from Canada without vaccination from COVID-19

For travelers departing from Canada who are not vaccinated against COVID-19, a signed medical exemption form must be submitted to United for verification at least 72 hours prior to your travel date. Download the medical exemption form
