Here is a list of payment methods we accept at the airport, on united.com and the United app. We no longer accept cash as payment at the airport. Not all forms of payment are accepted in every country/region.

Our policies on payment options vary in certain locations.
In Mexico
Due to government regulations, United cannot accept cash payments in currency other than Mexican pesos at United city ticket offices in Mexico. The only acceptable payment methods are:
- Mexican pesos
- Credit cards and debit cards
At United Club locations
United Club locations accept credit cards only.
At city ticket offices
United accepts cash, credits cards and debit cards as forms of payment at City Ticket Offices. Additional forms of payment may apply outside the U.S. and Canada.
