United Polaris lounge
The United Polaris lounges are available exclusively to our international premium cabin travelers, offering a thoughtful selection of amenities — such as signature seating, a relaxation area and showers — to help you prepare for your flight.
If you'd like to freshen up, our spa-like shower facilities feature TheraFace products made exclusively for United by Therabody. You can also sit back and relax in a tucked-away area with daybeds, soft lighting and gentle white noise, which will put you in the perfect mood for a restful flight. Before your long-haul journey, you can grab something from the buffet or settle in for a full meal in a private dining space.
Customers can visit United Polaris lounges at Chicago O’Hare, Houston Intercontinental, Los Angeles, New York/Newark, San Francisco and Washington Dulles. If a United Polaris lounge is not available at your departure airport, you'll have access to United ClubSM locations and other partner lounges.
Onboard service and amenities
Saks Fifth Avenue bedding
In a first-of-its-kind partnership, we worked with Saks Fifth Avenue to create custom, luxury bedding for our United Polaris customers. Mattress cushions are also available upon request, to bring extra comfort to your onboard bed.
Inflight dining
For meals in Polaris business class, we currently serve your entree, salad with salad dressing, appetizer, bread and mixed nuts together, along with a dessert service.

Sleep-themed amenities
Travel puts a strain on the body, and for most, the mind as well. When curating United Polaris amenity kits, self-care and well-being were our focus, which makes TheraFace by Therabody the perfect wellness partner. In your amenity kit, you’ll find premium skincare products made exclusively for United that will help you arrive revived, including eye serum, facial spray, and hand cream. The kit also includes other essentials like ear plugs, an eye mask, tissues and a pen. The amenity kit is yours to keep upon arrival at your destination.
