Who gets Priority Boarding
Priority Boarding is available on select United- and United Express®-flights worldwide. If there is Priority Boarding on your flight, you can add it to your United Economy® or Economy Plus® ticket. Passengers flying in Basic Economy cannot purchase Priority Boarding.
You can buy Priority Boarding for one flight or your entire trip. Priority Boarding may not be available on all flights.
You can buy Priority Boarding for just yourself or for every person on your reservation.
If you make changes to your itinerary, Priority Boarding will transfer to the new flights if available. If you cancel your trip, you will not get a refund for Priority Boarding.
If we change or cancel your flight, we’ll transfer Priority Boarding to your new flight. If you don’t want to transfer your Priority Boarding benefit, let us know before the flight and you’ll get a refund. If we can’t reschedule your flight, request a refund within 24 hours for your Priority Boarding purchase.
Priority Boarding does not exempt passengers from check-in time limits. This offer is made at the discretion of United and is subject to change or termination at any time with or without notice to the customer.
