Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates
Need to change or cancel upcoming travel?
We’ve permanently gotten rid of change fees for most Economy and premium cabin tickets for travel within the U.S., or between the U.S. and Mexico or the Caribbean. There also won't be change fees for other international travel originating in the U.S.
For all other standard Economy and premium cabin tickets issued by January 31, 2022, or Basic Economy tickets issued by April 30, 2021, you can change your flight without a change fee.
You may be able to request a refund online or by contacting us if your flight has been affected by a significant schedule change or if your flight was canceled without another option.
Travel waivers and updates
Right now, there are multiple travel waivers in place if you booked a flight to a destination with a CDC travel alert on or before March 2, 2020. We’re closely following the CDC’s recommendations and will update you as we issue new waivers.
If you’re flying soon, we’re following important travel restrictions to the places we fly and will try our best to update them as they change. For more information, please visit our COVID-19 travel entry requirements map.
