Over the next three years, United is investing more than $200 million into transforming the United Club program. We are committed to creating a relaxing, nourishing and productive space for our guests. Introducing United PolarisSM
We’re reimagining the business class experience from lounge to landing to bring you the best sleep in the sky. As part of this enhanced service, United Polaris Lounge customers will be invited to visit new dedicated lounges at select airports beginning in late 2016. Learn more at united.com/polaris
Our newly designed locations
Last year, we updated our United Club locations in San Francisco, Washington National, Hong Kong and Tokyo Narita and began renovations at our spaces in Chicago O'Hare. We've also built a new location in Atlanta and will continue with renovations and new clubs in 2016 and beyond. This year, we will begin updating clubs in Dallas/Fort Worth, Fort Lauderdale, Guam, New York/Newark and Portland.
Our new United Club design features more comfortable seating areas for working or relaxing and a refreshed bar where you can enjoy complimentary beverages as well as premium wines and spirits. The new spaces also offer additional workstations and abundant power outlets, and incorporate both United's unique aviation history and panoramic views of modern-day aviation in action. We're especially excited about our 6,000-square-foot club in San Francisco, near Boarding Area E, which includes the new design features and has LEED Gold certification.

New United Club complimentary snack menu
United Club guests can enjoy a full complimentary food and beverage buffet featuring a selection of hot breakfast items; soups, served with toppings and crackers; fresh salads, served with multiple dressing and bread options; whole-grain salads and crudités; and a Mediterranean board with a selection of sopressata, prosciutto, chorizo, salami or Mortadella, served with whole-grain mustard. Fresh fruit, desserts and snack mixes are always available, along with a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages including fruit juices, sodas and refreshing flavored waters.

Expanded adult beverage selections
In 2016, we revamped and expanded the premium beverage menu at our United Club locations in the U.S. to provide exciting new product selections. The new offerings include a rotating menu of more than 25 local and imported beers and a wider selection of wines and spirits available for purchase. We are also excited to introduce premium handcrafted cocktails created by world-famous mixologist Adam Seger, including:
- Our Moscow Mule, featuring an in-house ginger beer that is made daily, with different flavor variations available
- A modern twist on The Hanky Panky, a classic cocktail first introduced at London’s Savoy Hotel in 1903
- A Basil Raspberry Margarita
- Local signature cocktails featuring regional liquors
