Report lost items

As part of United's commitment to provide superior customer service, we make every effort to return articles left on board our aircraft. The most reliable way to report lost items is to complete this form below. Please do not send a separate email request. If you’ve lost an electronic item, please provide us with the device's serial number or login and password combination within the "Additional description" field below.

There are thousands of lost articles left on board our aircraft each month. Consequently, we will only contact you if we locate your item.

If you have delayed baggage, visit our Delayed Baggage And Claim Form page. If you are missing an article from checked luggage, visit our Missing Items From Checked Baggage page.

For articles left at a TSA security checkpoint, please contact the TSA at 1-866-289-9673 or tsa.gov.
