PetSafe® is our specially designed program for transporting animals that are not eligible to travel in the aircraft cabin.

PetSafe offers airport-to-airport delivery for animals and features a 24-hour live animal desk, the ability to track pets from origin to destination and more. United will continue to allow in-cabin travel for small pets, subject to restrictions and eligibility requirements. Please read the information in the "Before you book" section before you request a PetSafe booking.
