New users:	If you do not have a password, you must request a login from your agency administrator. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions.

Administrators:	If you are the agency administrator or owner and this is your first time to enter the Travel Agency Information Center, you can authenticate here with your US Tax ID Number or PIN code for International users. You will then be able to create a personal profile for yourself, that you will use for future logins as well as manage logins for others in your agency.
