Customers ticketed with other Star Alliance® carriers should consult the policy from each member airline or the Star Alliance lounge policy regarding lounge access.

United Club

All eligible travelers must be flying on an international* itinerary, with the exception of p.s. flights.

Cabin Access Requirements Guests
United Global First Customer must present a boarding pass for travel on United Global First itinerary. Access is granted throughout the itinerary. 1
United Business First Customer must present a United boarding pass for travel on a BusinessFirst itinerary. 0
United Business Customer must present a boarding pass for travel within 24 hours on a United Business international flight. 0
Premium Service (p.s.)
Business Class

(JFK-SFO and JFK-LAX)
Customer must present same-day boarding pass in Premium Service business class. Access granted only at JFK, SFO and LAX airports. 0
Star International First Customer must present a boarding pass for travel in International First Class on a Star Alliance flight. Customer must be departing from the local airport in International First Class. Customer must be a revenue customer. 1
Star International Business Customer must present a boarding pass for travel in International Business Class on a Star Alliance flight. Customer must be departing from the local airport in International Business Class. Customer must be a revenue customer. 0

Carrier Access Requirements Guests
United Star Alliance Gold Customer must present either:
1) Valid Star Gold card and boarding pass for travel within 24 hours on a Star-operated international* flight (does not have to be same itinerary)
2) A boarding pass for a Star-operated international flight with Star Gold status listed on the boarding pass for a flight within 24 hours (does not have to be same itinerary)
Customer is entitled to one guest

*Guest must also travel on a Star Alliance flight departing from the location where guest is accessing Club.

All other Star Alliance Gold Airlines Customer must present either:
1) Valid Star Gold card and same-day boarding pass from departure airport for Star-operated flight
2) Same-day boarding pass from departure airport for Star-operated flight with Star Gold status listed on the boarding pass
Customer is entitled to one guest

*Guest must also travel on a Star Alliance flight departing from your airport.

Eligibility Access Requirements Guests
United Club Customer must present one of the three following options:
1) a valid membership card and I.D. or boarding pass
2) a valid membership number and I.D. or boarding pass
3) a boarding pass with valid membership number listed
2 adults or 1 adult and dependent children
Air Canada Maple Leaf Club Member Customer must present a valid Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership card and boarding pass for travel on a Star-Alliance flight departing from the local airport. Maple Leaf Club North American Members are granted access only in the United States. Maple Leaf Club Worldwide Members are granted access at all United Clubs. Maple Leaf North America Club Member: Customer is not entitled to any guests
Maple Leaf Club Worldwide Member: Customer is entitled to one guest
Priority Pass Customer must present a valid Priority Pass membership card 6

Arrival Lounge

Policy applies only to United Arrivals Lounge - San Francisco (SFO)
London Heathrow Arrivals Lounge (LHR) is a shared lounge and only provides access to select customers traveling on a same day ticket arriving before noon. Customers are not entitled to any guests.

Cabin Access Requirements
United Global First Customer must present their United Global First boarding pass
United BusinessFirst Customer must present their United BusinessFirst Class boarding pass
United Global Services Customer must present their Global Service MileagePlus card and United long haul International boarding pass (any cabin) or p.s. BusinessFirst boarding pass

United Global First Lounge

Cabin Access Requirements Guests
United Global First Customer must present a boarding pass for travel within 24 hours on a United Global First Class (International) flight. (Access granted at departure airport. No access granted at final destination airport) 1
Star International First Customer must present a boarding pass on Star Alliance flight in International First Class departing the same day from the local airport. 1
Global Services traveling BusinessFirst Customer must present either:
1) A boarding pass for a United BusinessFirst flight and Global Services card; or
2) Eligible boarding pass with proof of Global Services status

Access provided only at departure and final arrival locations

1) Valid online, mobile, or paper One Time Pass or
2) Valid 15-digit control number

US Military Personnel Soldiers on R&R leave from ANY operation with DA31 forms are eligible to access all United Club locations 0
Amtrak - Club Acela Customer must present their AMTRAK Guest Rewards Select Plus Membership Card 1 adult and children under the age of 21.
Aer Lingus - All U.S. located United Clubs Customer must present their Aer Lingus Business Class boarding pass and their United Airlines boarding pass
Customer must be traveling on Aer Lingus Business Class via Chicago on Aer Lingus codeshare flights operated by United

Definitions and Explanations

*International
International refers to any destination outside the 50 U.S. states and Washington DC. Destinations in Guam, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico and Central America are treated as International flights.

Pets
Companion pets are accepted into most locations; all other pets must remain in a kennel while in the Club.

Expired Passes
President's Club and Red Carpet Club one day passes are now expired.
