| CHICAGO, Oct. 3, 2007 – United Airlines today reported its preliminary traffic results for September 2007. The company reported that it tied its record for the highest-ever September passenger load factor of 80.2 percent, which it previously reached in September 2005. Total scheduled revenue passenger miles (RPMs) decreased in September by 0.8 percent on a capacity decrease of 1.7 percent in scheduled available seat miles (ASMs) compared with the same period in 2006.
