| CHICAGO, January 4, 2005 – With its flights averaging 77.7% full in December, United Airlines has recorded its second-highest December load-factor, second only to December 2003. United’s total scheduled revenue passenger miles (RPMs) increased in December 2004 by 2.3% on a capacity increase of 3.2% available seat miles (ASMs) vs. the same period in 2003.
