United Express Extends Cody, Wyoming Summer Service to Year-Round Service

CHICAGO, August 9, 2004 - United Airlines (OTCBB: UALAQ.OB) today announced that United Express will extend its summer service to year-round service this fall from United's hub at Denver International Airport (DEN) to Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD) in Cody, Wyoming. The extended nonstop service between Denver and Cody starts on Oct. 4, 2004.

"We are pleased to provide our customers with a seamless transition from summer to winter, offering nonstop air service between Cody and Denver all year," said Kevin Knight, vice president of resource planning, United. "The response of the Cody community to our summer service has exceeded our expectations. We believe it is important to continue making the United Express service available throughout the year, and I want to thank Wyoming State Senator Hank Coe and the Cody-Yellowstone Air Service Organization (CYASO) for their support."

Beginning on Oct. 4, Flight 7038 departs Denver at 8:25 p.m., arriving in Cody at 10:29 p.m. From Cody, Flight 7018 departs at 7:30 a.m., arriving in Denver at 9:21 a.m. Mesa Air Group will operate the service as United Express with 37-seat turboprop aircraft.
