United offers meals to meet medical, religious or other dietary specifications on select flights. You may request a special meal when booking your flight on united.com or by calling United Reservations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

Special meals are available where meal service is offered on international trans-Atlantic and trans-Pacific flights, and on flights to and from South America.

Special meals are also available in United First® and United Business® on flights with meal service between:

• New York (JFK) and San Francisco (SFO) or Los Angeles (LAX)
• Newark (EWR) and San Francisco (SFO) or Los Angeles (LAX)
• U.S. mainland and Hawaii
