Gluten-free meals
United adheres to the following guidelines in preparing gluten-free meals:
  • Prohibited
    Wheat and wheat flour, barley, oats, rye, sauces, breads, cakes, biscuits, pastry, pasta, sausages and sausage meats, gravy mixes and stock cubes
  • Allowed
    Meat, poultry, fresh fish, rice, fresh fruits and vegetables, corn, salt and pepper, herbs and spices, potatoes, eggs, aged cheese, dairy products, sugars, preserves, margarine, tapioca, vegetable oils, yogurt, dried beans and peas, and chocolate
