Aircraft accommodations
United has developed seats with movable armrests, onboard wheelchairs, and more.

Canes and crutches
Permitted but must be stowed safely on board. 

Deaf or hard of hearing
Make TTY flight reservations by calling 800-323-0170.

Medical oxygen
You must use equipment provided by United and prior arrangements must be made. 

Medical devices onboard
Onboard use of medical devices must be approved by United in advance.

Mobility assistance
In-airport and in-flight travel assistance is available for passengers with limited mobility.

Passengers requiring extra space
A seating policy is in place to preserve the comfort and well-being of all United customers.
