Non-ticket items or nonrefundable tickets
This option will submit your refund request to a representative for processing. If you would like a refund for Travel Options products (Award Accelerator®, Premium Seating, etc.), baggage fees, other non-ticket items, or a nonrefundable ticket purchased more than 24 hours ago, please select this type of request.
Refunds will be considered for nonrefundable tickets only in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as a flight cancellation or significant schedule change made by United. Please be sure to provide information about the relevant circumstances in your request form.
