We apologize for any disservice you experienced regarding the purchase of your seat upgrade into United First, United Business or Economy Plus®. As a reminder, voluntary changes are non-refundable per terms and conditions. For seat upgrades purchased on united.com at the time of booking involving a ticket exchange, the value of the seat upgrade will be incorporated into the ticket refund.
