As a reminder, voluntary changes are non-refundable per terms and conditions.
For seat upgrades purchased on united.com at the time of booking involving a ticket exchange, the value of the seat upgrade will be incorporated into the ticket refund.
This form should not be used to request refunds on 500-mile or systemwide upgrades. For those requests, please contact the Mileage Plus Service Center.
