1. Silver Wings Plus domestic fare facts: Fares listed are S class fares valid for travel Tuesday and Wednesday. Add $40 roundtrip to each fare for W class fares valid for travel all days of the week. Fares listed are based on required roundtrip or single open jaw itineraries for travel in the United Economy® cabin on United® and United Express®. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates. Service is provided by United Airlines except in certain cases where the following carriers do business as United Express: Air Canada, Colgan Air, SkyWest Airlines, Mesa Airlines, Trans State Airlines, Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airlines, GoJet Airlines, Shuttle America®, Atlantic Southeast Airlines and ExpressJet. This discount will not be available in some markets when operated by Colgan, SkyWest and Trans States Airlines.
2. Purchase requirements: Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days in advance and within 24 hours of booking, but no later than October 31, 2012.
3. Travel days/dates: Fares listed are valid for travel completed by October 31, 2012.
4. Blackout dates: None
5. Mileage Plus® miles: Miles accrued, awards issued and bonus offers are subject to the rules of the United Mileage Plus program. United, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other participating companies and partners. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after completed qualifying activity for bonus miles to be posted to your Mileage Plus account. The Mileage Plus program, including accruals, awards and bonus miles offers, is subject to change without notice. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the passenger. 6. Minimum stay: A Saturday night stay is required in all market
7. Additional taxes and fees: Fares do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, which may be collected depending upon the itinerary. Fares do not include a $3.70 per flight segment tax. (A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.) The September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per segment, up to a maximum of $5 one way or $10 roundtrip, is in addition to the fares listed.
8. Itinerary changes: Tickets are nonrefundable, but may be changed on or before the ticketed departure date for a $100 per ticket service charge, provided the new ticket is within the parameters of this offer. Tickets have no value unless passengers cancel ticketed flight reservations on or before the original ticketed departure date.
9. Other conditions: Fares are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply. Lower fares may be available to select destinations. Fares are valid only in markets where United publishes fares. These fares cannot be combined with other fares or discounts. Travel credits can not be used towards the purchase of Zone Fares. Stopovers, double open jaws and circle trips are not permitted.
10. Exceptions for Las Vegas and Reno: A two-day minimum stay is required.
11. Exceptions for Hawaii: A three-day minimum stay is required. Hawaii fares do not include a $8.20 (or the current amount) federal excise tax each way.
12. Exceptions for Canada: In addition to taxes and fees listed above, passenger is responsible for U.S. Inspection Fees of $7.00 per roundtrip and for all taxes and fees imposed by the Canadian government of up to $19.50 per roundtrip, and a $29 per roundtrip international departure and arrival tax if outside of the 225-mile buffer zone.
13. Exceptions for San Juan and St. Thomas: To/from San Juan and St. Thomas, a $14.50 (or the current amount) departure and arrival tax applies each way.
14. Upgrades: Refer to terms and conditions and booking class restrictions associated with each upgrade certificate, the Mileage Plus program or any other type of certificates/programs.
