This site accommodates reservations for travel within the U.S. and Canada for registered U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) and National Governing Body (NGB) events only. If you are traveling to an international destination, please contact the United Olympic Desk (see information below).
How to apply your Event Code
(for U.S. and Canada travel only)
Step 1
Enter your origin, destination and preferred travel dates for travel to a registered USOC/NGB event.* Both origin and destination must be within the U.S. or Canada.
Step 2
Enter your USOC/NGB Event Code in the “Electronic certificate or promotion code” box.**
Step 3
Click the “Search” button to display available discounted fares.
Please note: If you do not see the USOC discount applied to your reservation, please contact your NGB and ask to speak with someone who handles the United Travel Program to confirm that you have the correct USOC/NGB Event Code and that your event has been registered with United.
Traveling internationally or don’t have an Event Code?
Please call the United Olympic Desk at 1-800-841-0460, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, to complete your reservation.
* Each NGB is required to submit a list of events for activation. If your event has not been registered, please contact your NGB to request submission, or book your travel by calling the United Olympic Desk, as you will not be able to book travel online.
** Each NGB has a unique 5-digit Event Code, which is required to activate the online travel discount. Please contact your NGB to request your Event Code, or book your travel by calling the United Olympic Desk.
