If you are traveling to an international destination, please contact the United Olympic Desk (see information below).
Step 1
Enter your origin, destination and preferred travel dates for travel to a registered USOC/NGB event.*
Step 2
Enter your USOC/NGB Event Code** in the "Electronic certificate or promotion code" box.
Step 3
Click Search to display available discounted fares.
If you do not see the USOC discount applied to your itinerary, please contact your NGB.
Ask to speak with someone who handles the United Travel Program and confirm that you have the correct
USOC/NGB Event Code and your event has been registered with United.

If you do not have your USOC/NGB Event Code, or you are traveling to an international destination,
please call the United Olympic Desk at 1-800-841-0460, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday,
to complete your reservation.
* Each national governing body (NGB) is required to submit a list of events for activation. If your event has not been registered,
you will not be able to book travel online. Please contact your NGB to request submission or book your
travel through the United Olympic Desk.
** Each NGB has a unique 5-digit Event Code, which is required to activate the online travel discount. Please contact
your NGB to request your Event Code or book your travel through the United Olympic Desk.
