There are currently no travel waivers in effect.
What is a travel waiver?
When bad weather or another event is expected to cause large-scale travel disruptions in a particular city or region, United will often issue a travel waiver in advance of the storm or event. Travel waivers allow our customers to make changes to their ticketed itineraries in advance, without incurring the fees that would otherwise apply, in order to avoid the possibility of encountering long delays at the airport. Although there are no travel waivers in effect at this time, we still recommend that you check your flight status before going to the airport.
If you are ticketed on a flight that is scheduled to depart in the next 24 hours, you are welcome to check in online. |
