United Red Carpet Club Conference room terms and conditions
Whereas we are United Air Lines, Inc. doing business as United Red Carpet Clubs as listed in your Confirmed Reservation, offering meeting space and related products and support services and you and/or your firm (“You”) desire to enter into this Meeting space Agreement (“Agreement”) to use our facility and services, the parties agree as follows:

Meeting Space and Services: We agree to provide use of the meeting space, configuration and additional services at our location as described in your reservation confirmation. Services you request in addition to those in your reservation confirmation are available at additional charges per our market pricing, subject to prior reservation and availability. 

License Agreement: This agreement is the commercial equivalent of a license agreement for a meeting accommodation in a hotel. The whole of the facility remains under our control and supervision.  This agreement is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Use of Facility: You, must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of your business. You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the meeting facility by the provider or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, or cause loss or damage. You must comply with any facility rules which we impose generally on users of the facility whether for reasons of health and safety, fire precautions or otherwise.  You are responsible for the conduct of your employees, and invitees. You must provide a list of your meeting participants, in advance of your meeting time so that we may provide them access to the facility. We, at our sole discretion may terminate this agreement without notice, if we reasonably believe your use of the facility constitutes a breach of this section.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can increase the meeting time, number of participants or add resources subject to prior reservation.  The following cancellation and refund policy applies:
  • Non refundable prepayment for the first hour of use,  for a cancellation within 48 hours of the time you were due to start using the facility, including any additional resources catering etc.
  • Refund of the prepayment for the first hour of use, if cancellation is made between 49  or more  hours of the time you were due to start using the facility.
Limit of Liability: You agree We and Worktopia, Inc. a Delaware Corporation (“Worktopia”), processor of our reservations,  are not liable for any loss as a result of our failure to provide a service as a result of mechanical breakdown, strike, delay, failure of staff, termination of our interest in the building containing the business center or otherwise unless we do so deliberately or are grossly negligent. We and Worktopia are also not liable for any failure until you have told us about it and given us a reasonable time to put right.You agree that we will not have any liability for any loss, damage or claim which arises as a result of, or in connection with, your agreement and/or your use of the services except to the extent that such loss, damage, expense or claim is directly attributable to our deliberate act or our gross negligence (our liability).  We will not in any circumstances have any liability for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or damage to data, third party claims or any consequential loss.

Payment: You agree to pay for the first hour of use in advance for guaranteed reservation services through the United.com website and to pay for additional services rendered at the facility upon checking out of your meeting space.
