All United Red Carpet Club® terms and conditions apply and are separate from the Cardmember Agreement that governs the terms of the United Mileage Plus Club Visa card account issued by Chase Bank USA, N.A. Chase is not responsible for the provision of or failure to provide the stated benefits and fulfillment of the United Red Carpet Club membership. A valid email address is necessary at the time you respond to this credit card offer to receive your registration materials and United Red Carpet Club membership. If you do not have an email address, please call 1-888-682-3297 when you receive your cardmember welcome materials. When you register in United Red Carpet Club, if you do not designate a giftee, the United Red Carpet Club membership card will be sent separately by United to the Primary Cardmember on the United Mileage Plus Club Visa card account. The Red Carpet Club membership card will be sent within 4-6 weeks of enrollment. One United Red Carpet Club membership is included as a benefit of your credit card as long as your account remains open. The membership may be used by you or may be gifted to another Mileage Plus member. If the Primary Cardmember is already an existing United Red Carpet Club member, the existing membership will be cancelled by United and the fee originally paid to United for any remaining months will be forfeited. Upon closure of the Mileage Plus Visa credit card account, the United Red Carpet Club membership will be cancelled immediately. If your net purchases on your United Mileage Plus Club card account during any calendar year total less than $10,000 Chase reserves the right to change your account to another Mileage Plus credit card product.

Mileage earnings

You will earn 2 miles for each $1 of net purchases made directly from United and 1 mile for each $1 of all other net purchases. There is no maximum number of miles that you can accumulate in the program. You do not earn miles on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account.

Elite Qualifying Miles

As a one-time bonus each Year, once you reach $35,000 or more in net purchases, and you make one additional purchase within that Year, you will receive 5,000 EQM. Also, you can earn up to 5,000 additional EQM each Year at a rate of 1 EQM for each $10 of net purchase over $35,000 in net purchases. ("Year" means, for your first year as a cardmember, the period beginning with your enrollment date through your December statement date of that same year. For each year thereafter. "Year" means the twelve month period beginning the day after your December statement date through your December statement date of the next year.) If you have more than one United Visa account you can earn EQM on each account. EQM will appear on each account statement; however, under the United Mileage Plus terms and conditions, the maximum number of EQM that can be awarded to your United Mileage Plus Member Number is 10,000 each calendar year. Any excess EQM will be forfeited. EQM are not redeemable for travel at United. EQM are used solely towards elite status qualification. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations, which will be mailed after your account is established.

Earning 30,000 bonus miles (or Introductory Offer)

With this bonus offer you will receive 30,000 bonus miles. You will qualify and receive your bonus after you make qualifying transactions totaling $250 or more. Qualifying transactions include purchases, balance transfers, and any checks that are used to access your account, and exclude cash advances. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus miles to post to your account.To be eligible for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time United Mileage Plus Visa cardmembers with new accounts. Existing United Mileage Plus Visa cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. Bonus miles do not count towards elite status.
