• There are no blackout dates.
• We offer thousands of hotels worldwide.
• We offer car rentals in the U.S. and Canada.
• Booking Hotel & Car Awards for friends and family is easy.
• Hotel & Car Awards are available as mileage-only awards or Miles & Money Awards, which allow you to use fewer miles by making up the difference in cash.
• Your miles will be deducted at the time of purchase. If you book a Miles & Money Award, you'll also pay any money due at that time.
• You can make changes to your reservation prior to check-in or pick-up, but know that you may be charged a change fee.
• Once you book your hotel stay or car rental award, your transaction is nonrefundable.
• Hotel & Car Awards do not cover any incidentals or optional items. You'll pay the hotel property or car rental company directly for these charges.

Miles and/or money required
• Miles required will vary based on factors like the type of hotel, room or car you choose and the length of your reservation.
• In our awards search results, miles required for each hotel stay or car rental will be clearly indicated.
• To complete your reservation, you'll have a choice of booking a mileage-only award or a Miles & Money Award.
• If you're interested in the Miles & Money Award, use the Miles & Money Award slider to indicate how many miles you want to use and we'll show you what you'll pay in cash.
How to book
Hotel & Car Awards are exclusively available online. Just enter your trip details, and we'll show you the results. Select a hotel or car rental you like. Decide whether you want to book a mileage-only award or a Miles & Money Award. If you're booking a Miles & Money Award, enter your credit card information. Any charges will appear on your credit card statement as "tripcharges.com." Review and confirm your reservation, and you're all set.
