To qualify for Mileage Plus accrual your inter-island flight on Hawaiian Airlines must be in conjunction with a United Airlines flight to/from Hawaii.

To expedite the missing mile credit process you will need to provide both your Hawaiian Airlines and United Airlines boarding passes and ticket numbers.
