United First®
On longer flights during lunch hours, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.*, United First passengers may be treated to a large, chilled entrée salad featuring a topping such as sesame teriyaki chicken breast or sliced peppercorn filet mignon. Other lunchtime selections may include a smoked turkey sandwich with Dijon mustard or a hearty, warmed sandwich of savory roasted chicken. Either choice would be accompanied by a hot and satisfying bowl of soup. On flights during dinner hours, from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.*, you may enjoy your choice of contemporary entrées, such as a grilled sirloin steak with a classic béarnaise sauce or grilled chicken breast with a mandarin orange sauce. When you’ve finished your entrée, indulge with a warmed chocolate chip cookie or one of our other signature desserts
On United Express® flights longer than 760 miles (approximately two hours), United First customers on explusSM flights will enjoy complimentary snackboxes featuring high-quality, brand-name products.
United Business®
During breakfast hours, between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.*, passengers flying in United Business class on North American flights with three cabins of service will be offered a hot breakfast entrée of eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes. At lunchtime we treat United Business passengers to entrée-sized salads with a warmed topping such as shrimp and pancetta, and for dinner, a traditional hot entrée, such as steak or chicken breast with appropriate accompaniments, will be available.
United Economy®
Several great dining options are available when you fly United Economy. On most mainline flights longer than two hours, we offer popular à la carte snacks and delectable snackboxes for the lighter appetite. On United** flights longer than three hours, we also offer an array of delicious fresh food selections including healthy salads and tasty sandwiches.
