Chicago United
Chicago United is a racially diverse corporate membership organization, founded in 1968. The mission of the organization is to bring together diverse business leaders to improve race relations and increase access to opportunities for people of color in the Chicago metropolitan area. United is proud to provide travel support to Chicago United and serve as their Official Airline.
Chicago Urban League
Established in 1916, the Chicago Urban League is a civil rights organization that empowers and inspires individuals to reach and exceed their economic potential. The League focuses on growing Chicago's African American workforce and business community. United is proud to be the Official Airline of the League.

Donors Forum of Chicago
The Donors Forum is the premier resource for networking and education, information and knowledge, and leadership on behalf of philanthropy in Illinois. As a nonprofit membership association of grantmakers, individual donors and advisors, the Donors Forum advances philanthropy by serving its members and by promoting an effective and informed nonprofit sector. United is proud to support the Donors Forum.
Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is dedicated to nurturing Latinos at all stages of the career continuum, from high school to college and on to the professional years, as they seek to develop increasing numbers of successful Latino professionals and leaders. United is proud to support this organization and utilize some of their key programs such as career conferences and diversity best practices.
Rainbow/PUSH Coalition
Rainbow/PUSH Coalition is a progressive organization fighting for social change. In 1971, the Rev. Jesse Jackson founded Operation PUSH (People United to Serve Humanity) in Chicago. The goals of Operation PUSH were economic empowerment and expanding educational, business and employment opportunities for the disadvantaged and people of color. In 1984, Rev. Jackson founded the National Rainbow Coalition, a national social justice organization, based in Washington, D.C, devoted to political empowerment, education and changing public policy. In September of 1996, the Rainbow Coalition and Operation PUSH merged to continue the work of both approaches and to maximize resources. United is proud to provide travel support for the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition.
National Latino Education Institute (NLEI)
From its beginnings as Spanish Coalition for Jobs, the National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) has provided positive leadership as it has advanced the goals of equal opportunity and equal sharing by the Latino community in the social and economic life of the city, state and country. United is pleased to support NLEI in its work within the Latino community, the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois for almost four decades.
Women in Aviation, International (WAI)
Women in Aviation, International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of women in all aviation career fields and interests. They provide year-round resources to assist women in aviation and to encourage young women to consider aviation as a career. WAI also offers educational outreach programs to educators, aviation industry members and young people nationally and internationally. United is proud to support this organization.
