E-ticket refund requests are available online when the following criteria are met:
- Ticket is refundable
- Ticket owner is a registered member on united.com with a Mileage Plus number and password.
- Ticket is an e-ticket.
- E-ticket was purchased with a credit card.
- E-ticket is for travel within the U.S. and Canada.
- E-ticket was purchased with U.S. or Canadian currency.
- E-ticket number begins with 016 followed by 10 digits.
If all these critieria are met, visit ticket refunds to request your refund online. If any of the above criteria are not met, submit an online refund request form.
