United flight mileage credit

Did you forget to add your Mileage Plus® account number to your reservation?
Do you believe that you earned miles for a flight that were somehow not credited to your account?
If yes, you can request flight mileage credit by following these simple steps:
1.Before submitting your request, be sure to:

Wait 72 hours for United® and United Express® flight activity to post on your Mileage Plus summary
•
Wait 14 days for Star Alliance or other airline partner activity to post on your Mileage Plus summary
•
Check your mileage summary to see if you’ve received credit for your flight activities
•
Have the e-receipt and your original boarding pass ready before starting the request process

Request credit for your flight either online or by mail.
The mail form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the form.
