Star Alliance/Other Airline Partners mail-in information
Request retroactive credit for your completed flight on a Star Alliance Partner or Other Airline Partner by mail. Remember that your flight must have occurred less than 12 months ago for it to be eligible for credit.
  1. To submit your request for credit, please send a written request with the information listed below:
    • Your name and Mileage Plus account number
    • A copy of your ticket or E-Ticket receipt
    • Your original boarding pass

  2. Information should be mailed to the Mileage Plus service center:

    NOTE:
     You can also submit your request for retroactive mileage credit on Air China, All Nippon Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, TAP Portuga, THAI or US Airways online. You can access the online form at
    united.com/retrocredit.



  3. Please allow 2 months for the miles to be posted to your Mileage Plus account.
