Airport Operations
Business analysts lead Airport Operations Station Financial Planning and Compliance in assessing organizational costs and productivity effectiveness. In addition, analysts execute manpower plan and staffing requirements strategies, work with division controllers to develop station capital plans and monitor performance against the plan to identify trends or problems and make adjustments accordingly.
Contact Centers-Reservations
The Contact Centers group, formerly known as Reservations Sales, seeks candidates for analytical positions who have significant planning, analytical, leadership and organizational development knowledge and skills. Our analysts are responsible for the analysis of productivity effectiveness, manpower planning, budgets and administration. Their efforts help to ensure maximum customer satisfaction within profitability goals. Flight Operations
One of the primary responsibilities of Flight Operations analysts is to provide day-to-day support to the flight officers who operate United aircraft. Job openings may exist at United's Headquarters in the Manpower Planning and Budgets & Administration groups, and at United's Flight Officer Training Center in Denver. Leadership positions may also exist at our flight operations domicile locations across the United States.
Onboard Service
The Onboard Service Division analysts design products and procedures which enable flight attendants and caterers to provide consistent, high-quality service to United's customers. Analysts in the Scheduling group are involved in creating an optimal manpower plan and schedule to maximize customer satisfaction within profitability goals.
Ted / United Express
United's Ted and United Express operations analysts provide our customers with safe, convenient, comfortable, and reliable air transportation to multiple destinations across the United States.
