Lettuce Entertain You Dining Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Lettuce Holiday Bonus Certificates and Frequent Diner Club Points are not awarded for Redemption of United Miles for Lettuce Entertain You Gift Cards.

Dining Gift Cards are issued by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises and may be redeemed solely at participating Lettuce Entertain You restaurants. Purchases on the Lettuce Entertain You Dining cards will be deducted from the card until the value reaches zero. The card cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The card is not valid toward Frequent Diner points when used and is not valid for private party or outside catering arrangements. Neither Lettuce Entertain You nor United are responsible for lost or stolen Lettuce Entertain You Dining Cards Quantities of Lettuce Entertain You Dining cards available through this redemption are limited. Mileage Plus may impose limits on the number of Lettuce Entertain You Dining Cards members are eligible to redeem for. Fulfillment: Lettuce Entertain You Dining Gift Cards will be sent will be sent via Federal Express and will require a signature for release. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box. Mileage Plus: Mileage Plus miles will not be redeposited into the member's account once redeemed for a Lettuce Entertain You Dining Card. • Restaurant.com gift certificates are issued by Restaurant.com and may be redeemed solely for merchandise offered through united.com/restaurantcertificates.
  Restaurant.com gift certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.

  • Upon redemption of a Restaurant.com gift certificate for a restaurant certificate, all rules and limitations of the participating restaurant apply.

FTD flowers & gifts

• The United Mileage Plus FTD Rewards program shall be available to Mileage Plus members through December 31, 2010.
• Contact the United Mileage Plus Rewards Customer Service representative about special instructions or restrictions.
• Redemptions for Mileage Plus miles are only available through the online website.
• Taxes and fees are included in the final mileage price of the products.
• Miles are not refundable once redeemed.
• All product orders are subject to product availability. Items shown are the latest products available at the time of placing your order.
