If you purchased your tickets through an agency or travel website and have not begun travel, please contactyour agency for changes. United can assist you with changes but a Reservation Servicing Fee may apply.

If you purchased your tickets through united.com, flyted.com or any United location you may change or price changes to your e-tickets on united.com

Visit change itinerary on united.com.  Login with your Mileage Plus number and united.com password.

Related information
If you have a non-refundable ticket and wish to exchange a ticket, you will have a full year from the date the original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of the tickets, provide you cancel the reservation prior to the scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year from the date the original ticket was issued.

Please note: You cannot change the name on a ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use.
