Forget to include your Mileage Plus number in your hotel reservation? Or you stayed at a hotel, but your miles weren't credited to your account? We can help with your missing miles. If miles earned with any of our Mileage Plus hotel partners do not appear on your Mileage Plus Summary, you may request credit for qualifying stays or transactions completed within the past 12 months. Most retro-credit requests can be submitted electronically, to get you even faster to reward travel.
