Forget to include your Mileage Plus number in your rental car or ground transportation reservation? Or rented a car or took a shuttle or limo to the airport, but your miles weren't credited to your account? We can help with your missing miles. If miles earned with any of our eight Mileage Plus Car or our Mileage Plus Ground Transportation partners do not appear on your Mileage Plus Summary, you may request credit for qualifying rentals or transactions completed within the past 12 months. Most retro-credit requests can be submitted electronically, to get you on the road even faster to reward travel.
