• United Red Carpet Club® considers membership and/or use of any location an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• United reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without written notice to our members and customers.
• United will not be liable for delays or failure in performance under your membership agreement with United Red Carpet Club caused by acts of God, war, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, acts of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
• United reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify the fees, amenities, services, Club hours, locations, reciprocal lounge agreements at any time with or without written notice to our members and customers.

Membership

• Beginning February 1, 2010, new Red Carpet Club memberships are subject to a one-time initiation fee of $50. For all memberships created before this date, the fee will be waived. Renewal memberships are not subject to the enrollment fee. If a membership has been expired for more than 30 days it is considered a new enrollment.
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age and older.
• Members agree to receive email notification of member offers and renewal notification.
• United reserves the right to terminate or deny membership at any time by advising the member or prospective member and returning a prorated share of the dues payment.
• In connection with a membership purchase, a spouse/domestic partner membership may be purchased at a discounted rate. A copy of the marriage certificate or an affidavit of marriage/spouse equivalency is required to obtain a membership card for a spouse/domestic partner with a different last name.
• Term: Red Carpet Club membership is an annual membership. Except for gift memberships and memberships as a benefit on select United Mileage Plus credit cards, near the end of the membership period memberships purchased with a credit card will automatically renew for the renewal term and the member's credit card on file will be charged the membership fee unless the member has opted out of the automatic renewal feature.
• Cancellation: Automatically renewed memberships may be cancelled and the membership fee for the new membership period may be refunded before or within the first seven days of the new membership period provided the member has not visited a Red Carpet Club or partner lounge during the new membership period. • A valid membership card or One-Time Pass is required for admittance. Government-issued photo identification may also be required.
• United representatives will retain membership cards that are expired or presented by anyone other than the member.
• Member guest limit for Clubs in the United States is two, or spouse and dependent children. Member guest limit in Clubs outside the United States is one, or spouse and dependent children.
• Member must accompany and remain with their family members or guests.
• A One-Time Pass admits one person, with no guest privileges.
• Replacements of lost or stolen membership cards may be requested in writing or by phoning the United Red Carpet Club Service Center. There is a fee for replacing cards.
• United reserves the right to limit club access to members traveling on same-day tickets.
• United reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who interferes with the business-like atmosphere of United Red Carpet Club.

Atmosphere and attire

• Customers must dress in keeping with good taste and in consideration of the Club atmosphere and its membership.
• United reserves the right to terminate any membership or remove any member for inappropriate conduct, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with membership terms and conditions.
• Solicitation in United Red Carpet Clubs is prohibited.
• Club members may not bring food or beverages into the Club.
• Food, beverages, and periodicals provided are for consumption and use in the Club and may not be removed.
• Smoking is not permitted in any Red Carpet Club location.
• Service animals are welcome in the Club. Pets accompanying customers onboard the aircraft must remain in their pet kennel.
• Airport luggage carts are not permitted in the Clubs.
• United will not be held responsible for articles lost or stolen in the Club.

Conference rooms

• Conference rooms are available for an hourly nominal fee.
• Members receive a discount off the normal hourly fee rate. Non-members may rent a conference room in addition to purchasing a One-Time Pass.
• A credit card is required at the time of reservation. Failure to cancel a reservation at least forty-eight hours in advance may result in a charge to your credit card for the cost of the first hour.

Give Red Carpet Club Membership

• Gift recipients will have 30 days from the date you purchased Red Carpet Club membership to activate the one-year gift membership. If the membership is not activated within 30 days of the purchase date, the membership is automatically activated on the 30th day and ends one year later.
• Recipients of Red Carpet Club gift membership must be members of United's Mileage Plus frequent flyer program to activate the membership. The terms and conditions of the Mileage Plus Program, including accruals, awards and bonus miles offers, are subject to change without notice.
• United, Red Carpet Club, and Mileage Plus are registered service marks.
• Offer, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply.

One-Time Pass

• This pass grants one person, one-time access to the Red Carpet Club.
• A One-Time Pass grants only one person access to the club with no guest privileges.
• Access subject to space availability.
• Valid only in United Red Carpet Clubs.
• Red Carpet Club One-Time Passes do not grant admittance into the United Arrivals Suite or United First International Lounges.
• Passes purchased online are valid only in U.S. Red Carpet Club locations.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to redeem.
• Void if altered, bartered or sold.
• Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced or redeemed for cash or credit.
• This pass is subject to United Red Carpet Club terms and conditions, which United has the right to amend or modify with or without notice to its customers.
• You must hold a same day ticket for air travel that allows clearance through airport security
• One-Time Pass is non-refundable.
