Reach for the Skies is United’s incentive program for individual employee recognition. United’s program is designed to motivate employees and improve performance. The program makes designing and implementing a custom, multi-level incentive program simple. Reach for the Skies offers two types of awards: savings certificates and travel certificates.
Travel Certificates
Each travel certificate is valid for a roundtrip ticket on United Airlines within one of seven geographic zones in our worldwide network. Travel certificates are available for all classes of service. All travel requires a Saturday night stay and limited blackout dates may apply. To redeem a travel certificate, you must reserve and purchase your tickets through United. Tickets purchased with travel certificates are eligible for Mileage Plus credits.
