When traveling domestically or internationally from the U.S. with a United electronic ticket, avoid line waits and have your boarding pass ready for security checkpoints with EasyCheck-in.
And if ever you need additional assistance, each EasyCheck-in kiosk also features a customer support hotline phone connecting you directly to a United airport service representative. Most calls are answered within 10 seconds.
EasyCheck-in lets you save time, avoid lines and:
- Print your domestic or international outbound (from the U.S.) boarding pass
- Change flights
- Request standby for an earlier flight
- Process and issue an alternate boarding pass for flights impacted by weather or other irregularities
- View a real-time seat map
- Request or change seat assignments
- Request or redeem an upgrade

EasyCheck-in is simple to use and meets all enhanced security measures & procedures:
- Swipe any major credit card with your name on it as it appears on your E-ticket. Mileage Plus Premier, Premier Executive or 1K cards may also be used.
- Follow the screen prompts to complete the check-in process. If checking luggage, wait for the United Customer Service Representatives to tag your luggage, check your government issued photo I.D. and provide you with your baggage claim ticket.
- Once your boarding pass has printed, proceed through security.
