Meeting attendees receive discounts off published fares when traveling from various origins to a single destination to attend a meeting. Travel must originate, and the meeting destination must both be within the United States or Canada. A minimum of 25 flown passengers is required.

Meeting attendees can also receive guaranteed fares which provide greater flexibility in ticketing and require no Saturday night stay. A minimum of 25 flown passengers is required.

International meetings
Meeting attendees receive discounts off published fares when traveling from various origins to a single destination to attend a meeting. Travel must originate in the United States or Canada. Meeting attendees may travel to any city in the world that United Airlines services. Discounts are valid on United, United Express and Lufthansa flights. A minimum of 25 flown passengers is required.

Star Alliance Conventions Plus
Meeting attendees receive discounts off published fares when traveling to a single destination to attend a meeting or convention. A minimum of 500 international attendees traveling from at least two continents and three countries is required along with a six month lead time.
