E-tickets
At the time of your purchase, you should have received an e-ticket confirmation page and confirmation email. Your e-ticket is confirmed if you received one or both.
Your trip is also confirmed if it is in My itineraries. You may print your trip information; however, no printouts are required for an e-ticket. (Documentation and identification requirements still apply for airport check-in).
Didn't receive an email?
Confirm your contact information in My Profile. The email address in your profile or entered during purchase is used to confirm your reservation. Please allow at least 1 hour for your email confirmation delivery.

To access your reservations and manage your profile you must be a Mileage Plus member and have a password for united.com
Paper ticket holders
Your paper ticket reservation is confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. Tickets are delivered to the purchaser's home billing address.
Expect the ticket within 2 weeks if your purchase was made 14 or more days before travel. You will receive tickets sooner if your trip is between 3-14 days in advance. If your purchase is made within 3 days of the travel date you must pick up your ticket at the airport.
