If you have forgotten your united.com password, please follow the instructions below to create a new one.

Use the Online Password support tool and choose either option below to access your account and update your password.

• Answer the three security questions you entered during registration. Once you access your account, you will be asked to update your password.
• Have a temporary password sent to the email address in your profile. Once you input the temporary password, you will be asked to update your password.

You will need your Mileage Plus number in order to access your account. Your temporary password will be sent to the email address in your online profile.
