United forms a new fee-per-departure relationship with United Express carrier Atlantic Coast Airlines, giving United full control of ACA's scheduling, pricing, revenue and yield management for 10 years. United in 2001 establishes similar agreements with United Express carriers Air Wisconsin and SkyWest.
