Access through security for non-traveling customers
The United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has established the following guidelines for non-traveling customers wishing to pass through security in order to access a United ClubSM location:

Non-traveling customers may only access a United Club location for business purposes. Security passes and government-issued photo identification are required in order to pass through security checkpoints.

You can request security passes when booking a United Club conference room online or by phone at 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331). Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. Passes can be picked up at any United check-in counter at the airport where the United Club is located.

Security passes do not provide access to the United Club itself. At least one person using the reserved United Club conference room must have a membership or one-time pass.
