With United's electronic upgrade system, you no longer have to wait for your upgrade certificates to arrive by mail - and you don't have to worry about losing them. Your upgrades will be credited directly to your Mileage Plus® account as soon as you purchase or qualify for them.

When you're ready to use your E-Upgrades^SM, we will deduct them from your account right at the airport. Or, you may request an E-Upgrade online prior to your travel, provided you ticketed your itinerary here at united.com.

You'll also find a record of the E-Upgrades* you've accrued and used in your E-Upgrade summary here at united.com. Or, you can refer to the printed summary you receive by mail.
