United shows its community spirit by joining Habitat for Humanity in the fight against homelessness. Since 1996, the company has sponsored the building of homes in the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico. United's financial support comes through its Charity Miles program, Volunteer Miles program and Change the World with Your Change. The company's employees - from senior management down - provide the physical support through volunteering to do the actual building.
