A maintenance team of 2,200 employees at United's Indianapolis Maintenance Center performs major overhaul on Boeing 737, 757 and 767 aircraft. Work at the facility, which opened in March 1994 at the Indianapolis airport will be expanded in late 1998 to include major maintenance projects on the airline's Airbus A319 and A320 fleets.
